Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills Stars Who Were In Major Motion Pictures

It comes as a surprise to no one, but there was life before Real Housewives. The ladies we see on our television screens all have a past, and some of their pasts are quite juicy.

Before getting married or starting a family, some Real Housewives had a completely different life. Specifically in Los Angeles, where dreams of acting often turn into nightmares. Many Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast have paid their dues in Hollywood, even if they aren’t currently paying their Amex card. The life of a thespian is not easy, especially if you take your craft seriously.

Some people were bred for the stage and some… not so much. But several of our RHOBH favorites, past and present, have appeared in big-budget major motion pictures. They’ve also shown up in a few low-budget efforts. Let’s take a look at some of our Beverly Hills babes and see what they’ve done on the big screen versus the small one.

Lisa Jane Vanderpump

RHOBH started with Lisa Vanderpump but she was off and running long before Bravo had a heartbeat. As one of the more glamorous Real Housewives in the history of the franchise, before Lisa opened restaurants, she found herself in the world of “acting.”

While Lisa has made a name for herself in the food-service industry, her acting credits linger in her past. She has previously been in music videos for UK band, ABC, but there was also… a horror movie. Yes, Lisa was in an inexpensive flick called, Killer’s Moon. It was a 1978 British film and Lisa played a girl who was forced to seek shelter after a bus broke down. Unfortunately, she was then terrorized by mental patients on LSD.

Thankfully, Killer’s Moon allowed Lisa to create tools in the acting world she could later use in the real world. What better practice for dealing with Beverly Hills crazy than training yourself with psychos on LSD? I will be on a personal mission to find that movie as soon as possible.

Kyle Egan Richards

No one can forget Kyle Richards’ most memorable role in film. It’s a cult classic. It’s on every single year. Filled with nudity and gore and a tiny Kyle wearing braids and running away from Michael Myers.

Kyle played the character of Lindsey Wallace in the original 1978 movie Halloween. Kyle was only 9 years old at the time, and she developed a long-term relationship with the film’s star, Jamie Lee Curtis. The two are still close today and the Oscar-winning Jamie Lee has appeared on RHOBH several times.

She might be most well-known for being an OG cast member and fighting with her sisters, for horror movie fans, Kyle will always be little Lindsey running from the boogeyman. Or, you know, Lisa Vanderpump. Fans found out Lindsey was still alive and kicking when Kyle showed up in Halloween Kills in 2021 and Halloween Ends in 2022 respectively.

Denise Lee Richards

Before Denise Richards decided to take another go at reality television, she had quite a career in the entertainment industry. Prior to movies and tv, Denise began as a teen model. In the 1990s, things started taking off. Denise appeared in several features but in 1997, Starship Troopers came a-callin’. From that, she went to Wild Things where she kissed another female and every man in the world lost his damn mind.

1999 was a breakout year because Denise nailed the role of a Bond girl. She appeared as Jones, Christmas Jones, in The World Is Not Enough. Denise was also nominated for the Blockbuster Entertainment Award for Favorite Actress for that role.

In recent years, Denise has stayed pretty close to the small screen with Hallmark movies and showing up on RHOBH. After she was treated like absolute crap by her co-stars, Denise left the Bravo show but she has filmed scenes for the show’s most recent season.

Garcelle Beauvais

Ah, the iconic beauty of Garcelle Beauvais has personally haunted me since Coming to America. She has brought a level of panache to RHOBH that it certainly didn’t have prior to her arrival. You’ve seen her in the MCU when she had a role in Spider-Man: Homecoming and she recently did Coming 2 America, a sequel to the first movie.

While Garcelle’s main career is acting, her main role is mom. She authored a children’s book with her twin sons and she is heavily involved with numerous charity organizations.

Garcelle nabbed a first-look development deal in 2022 with NBCUniversal Television and Streaming. So in addition to Real Housewives, her long-term film and television career, and being a devoted mother (and grandmother!), hopefully we’ll be seeing her face for years to come.

Kim Erica Richards

If you are of a certain age, no one had to tell you who Kim Richards was when RHOBH showed up on Bravo. Along with her sister Kyle, she kicked off one of the most popular Real Housewives franchise shows. Kim brought along some memories of her Hollywood past and the current demons she was battling.

Kim was an extremely successful actress in the 1970s and 1980s. She appeared in several popular films, including Escape to Witch Mountain, The Watcher in the Woods, and Tuff Turf. My GOD Tuff Turf was a great movie. Also, I am ancient. Kim was known in the entertainment biz for her natural acting ability and her ability to connect with audiences on an emotional level. Despite facing personal struggles in her life, she continued to work and is still an absolute idol to Disney fans all over the world.

While Kim took a break from filming RHOBH with Kyle, due to a recent feud between Kathy Hilton and Kyle, Kim was brought back by Bravo to film the show’s 13th season.

Dancing With The Stars Pros Maksim Chmerkovskiy And Peta Murgatroyd Reveal The Sex Of Their Second Baby

Finally, some happy news to report! Something must be in the water over at Dancing with the Stars because our pros are procreating. Maksim Chmerkovskiy and Peta Murgatroyd have been together for a long time now. They began dating in 2012 and were engaged in 2015. Maks actually proposed to Peta onstage at a dance event.

They were married about six months after their first son Shai Chmerkovskiy was born in 2017. Prior to Peta’s second pregnancy, she struggled to conceive and shared the heartbreak of a miscarriage in 2020. At the time, she told People, “I was sitting in the bathroom sobbing. That was something that will probably live with me for the rest of my life, being on that toilet by myself, knowing what was happening and not being able to stop it,” Peta added.

Thankfully, the couple were successful in getting pregnant again and Peta and Maks were very pleased to tell the world about Shai’s new sibling. Page Six has the details.

With the assistance of their 6-year-old, the family revealed the gender of their second baby on Instagram. Maks and Peta tripped the light fantastic as Shai could be seen unfolding a piece of paper that announced if his new partner in crime would be a brother or sister.

Peta captioned the moment, “The Chmerkovskiys as a whole are creating their own soccer team LOL! We’re so elated that Shai will get a baby brother and cannot wait to meet this little guy.”

Maks and Peta’s youngling is “measuring quite large” and enjoys kicking “mummy in the ribs at all hours of the night.” Ah, the glamorous side of creating a life. She continued, “Honestly though, when we heard he was fully healthy we both shrieked with joy. There is nothing quite like getting that phone call, with the nurses pause (ugh it’s awful) before telling you they’re all good results!!”

And it looks like Peta might not close up shop after this new little guy arrives. She shared, “We will have a house FULL of boys, including our little Hachi! I guess this means we have to try for baby number 3 to get that girl.”

The couple learned about this gift before starting the IVF process again. “It was a shock to all of us and we found out right before I was going in for my second round of IVF,” Peta said.

“This news has brought extraordinary bliss to our family and we have so much to be grateful for.” Yes, they do. Congratulations to the happy couple on their upcoming arrival!

Top Real Housewives Laugh-Out Loud Moments

In the world of Real Housewives, there are innumerable hilarious moments. The Bravo reality series has its share of classic feuds, painful reunions, and drama. But it also has some hilarity, whether unintended or on purpose. And I’m not talking about some of their more interesting wardrobe choices.

Our ladies might have an amusing, drunken fall in a pile of bushes. Or she might think the Underground Railroad was a functioning method of transportation. Actually, that one might be more sad than it is funny. Some of them have one-liners that are multi-functional and can be used in times of jest or snark, and for that we are grateful.

Let’s take a look at a few fond memories of Real Housewives keeping us in stitches and making us laugh in between the dinner table histrionics.

Real Housewives Of Potomac / The Grand Dame, Karen Huger

Real Housewives of Potomac star Karen Huger didn’t allow much of her natural sense of humor to show in Season 1. Karen was focused on “Potomac etiquette” and teaching the younger women how to respect their elders. But as filming progressed, Karen softened up and began revealing how enjoyably funny she really is.

Season 6, episode 12, was a time when our world changed and we had a new normal. The Covid outbreak required us to stay home, mask up, and get vaccinated. Karen did her job as a dutiful citizen. But she may or may not have had a celebratory adult beverage to acknowledge her new impenetrable immune system.

Karen attended a Reasonably Shady event and she might have been reasonably tipsy because she advised everyone to “get VASSINATED” so she could “be around you heifers.” The RHOP production team also needs recognition here, I actually wish they could edit my life in real time. The editors are absolutely in on the joke and they never, EVER disappoint us.

I also want to add Karen’s wig blowing away at a cookout will always be hysterically funny. Candiace Dillard earned an award that day for her efforts of prayer and commanding the wig to stay on Karen’s head with her bare hands.

Real Housewives Of Atlanta / Phaedra Parks’ Baby Shower

Real Housewives of Atlanta alum Phaedra Parks was primarily known for her Avenger-like powers of reading people for filth. She was also known for getting fired because sometimes her mouth got ahead of her paycheck. But there is no denying Phaedra is one of the funniest Real Housewives in the history of the franchise. That said, here we’re only going to focus on her… baby shower.

Picture it, Season 3, episode 4. It was 2010 and we were all still innocent babes in the woods. Phaedra was preparing to bless the world with royalty and nothing would do but an overdone baby shower. There was a dress code, and there was Dwight Eubanks. Kandi Burruss described the scene as “boughetto” and I’m still shocked guests weren’t required to show ID when they arrived. The entire event was an exercise in complete side-eye amusement. Phaedra’s co-stars could barely contain their laughter and shock as they were treated to a choreographed dance number. Phaedra’s head was adorned with white roses, not in a crown, per se, but they didn’t look carefully placed and they were hanging on for dear life.

There are several elements to this one that deserve to be ranked as one of the funniest. The party itself provided endless moments of eyebrow-raising, but the real stars are the comments from Phaedra’s cast members.

Real Housewives Of New York / Ramona Singer

Okay, I know former Real Housewives of New York OG Ramona Singer isn’t usually clocked for being particularly amusing. But she falls into our “unintentionally funny” category. In Ramona’s case, it’s unintentional because half the time she spoke, I was never sure she knew what she was saying.

One time, Ramona attended a function with her partner-in-crime, Sonja Morgan. Sometimes when Sonja drinks, hang on. ALWAYS when Sonja drinks, her personality develops into more than what the Upper East Side can handle. Sonja felt slighted and sauntered up to Ramona. “Someone just gave me the side-eye,” she revealed. Poor possibly hearing-impaired Ramona responded, “Cyanide? Doesn’t that kill you?” In Ramona’s defense, she wasn’t wrong.

Obviously, it would be too typical to include Ramona’s famous runway walk in this article. It lives in infamy like other great dates on our history calendars. So let’s reflect on an interesting conversation she had with Bethenny Frankel. During one of her more fun arguments with Bethenny, Ramona advised they were like “oil and vinegar” because they “don’t go together”. She meant to say “oil and water” but at least she gave Beth some lovely salad dressing tips.

And if you find yourself trying to recover from a harsh break-up or possibly a job loss, I would invite you to scan RHONY Season 11 for Ramona’s workout ensemble. If that doesn’t make you laugh, you may want to report to your local urgent care facility without haste. Love her or hate her, Ramona was an enormous part of RHONY – and depending on who you talk to, also the reason it was canceled.

Real Housewives Of New Jersey / Juicy Joe Giudice

Have you ever tried to say Juicy Joe Giudice out loud to yourself 10 times in a row? If not, I highly recommend this tongue-twisting exercise. Juicy Joe is gone from Real Housewives of New Jersey, but he definitely isn’t forgotten.

Considering what we are dealing with now as viewers, in hindsight maybe Joe wasn’t so bad after all. I know he called Teresa Giudice the c-word and the couple mutually went to jail for defrauding the government. But at least he wasn’t giving off the sinister vibes most of us feel with Luis Ruelas. And he didn’t wear his father-in-law’s night-night clothes.

Anyway, Joe was a funny guy but not intentionally funny. His ex-wife also fails to be legitimately entertaining. However, she makes up for it with her lack of knowledge in certain areas, thus rendering her funny. But Joe took the cake with some of his more memorable conversations with Teresa’s cousin, Rosie Pierri.

There was that one time Joe and Rosie attempted to help Gia Giudice with her homework. Although Gia might say “help” wasn’t the correct term. Joe and Rosie discussed the benefits of being famous for picking fruit off of trees. “I pick figs all the time, but I’m not famous,” Rosie explained at the time.

They also pondered the wonders of science and discussed Pluto’s relevance as a planet. Joe then revealed he didn’t know the difference between mythology and astronomy when he wondered about the status of planet Hercules.

And who could forget when Joe and Rosie further delved into the world of medicine? Joe inquired about the current virility of his eggs for a conversation revolving around the fine art of reproducing humans. Little did Joe know at the time, biological men do not have eggs in which to form a baby. Bless Joe’s heart. I like to think in some alternate timeline, Joe and Rosie are still best buds.

Real Housewives Of New Jersey / Caroline Manzo’s Kids

I wanted to include one highly underrated scene from the olden days of RHONJ. I know Caroline Manzo isn’t well-liked by many, but her adult kids had some genuinely humorous scenes. While I will never forget Lauren Manzo asking Teresa to spell AND define “napalm” in the Season 4 reunion, today we’re discussing something else Teresa-related.

Tre had “written” a cookbook called Fabulicious. Somewhere in the complex text was an insult aimed at Caroline. Teresa had said Caroline was “as Italian as the Olive Garden.” Caroline wasn’t pleased with this association, and neither were her two sons and daughter. I cannot recommend Season 3, episode 16 enough. If you want some snarky moments directed at Teresa, that is. Much like Teresa’s line in the book, I’m sure she would think this was a “ha ha laugh, funny, get it?” scene.

As Chris Manzo, Greg Bennett, and Lauren headed towards a charity walk, they began to shade both Teresa and Joe in one shot. Chris says, “Things Joe Giudice doesn’t say when he leaves the house, ‘is this legal?’” Greg wonders if Teresa will show up to the event already drunk or drink while she’s walking. Lauren mocks Tre’s efforts at authoring books with, “On top of Skinny Italian, I’m going to write a book on charity walks.” Chris jumps in with, “It’s called Walking Italian because I’m very charityish.” Lauren continues, “I’m going to write a book about my relationship with my sister-in-law called Jealous Italian.” And finally, Greggy adds, “Got an S.A.T. prep book coming out called Stupid Italian.” Please, just stop what you’re doing and go find that enjoyable moment if you’re having a bad day.

The makeup is on point, and the hair falls perfectly on her shoulders. A 10 out of 10 on every front.

This deep blue, skin-tight dress is one that looks absolutely incredible on Scheana. As she attends the opening night for Sir Arthur Conan Doyle’s Sherlock Holmes at a theatre in Hollywood, the reality star shows she is no stranger to strutting down the red carpet. Her makeup is beautiful, and she matches the rouge of her lipstick with her shining nail polish. Those chunky boots complete what is one of her best looks of all time. The whole outfit comes together incredibly.

Turning up to shoot an episode of Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen can be a defining experience. Not only will he shoot some tough questions your way, but the viewers are given the opportunity to call in and ask their own shady questions to their favorite reality stars. Looking good is a necessity! Scheana got the memo and turned up for this taping in a glitzy blue gown, with gorgeous black heels. Who would want to mess with a woman when she looks this good?

When it comes to turning out a glamorous look, Scheana is second to none on the VPR cast. It is paired with some beautiful earrings, and as is usually the case, Scheana’s makeup is beyond stunning. Other WWHL guests are probably scared when they know they’re appearing next to Scheana, as she steals the spotlight with ease!

This black and nude lacy look gives the illusion of Scheana’s skin peering through gaps in the fabric. It is in fact an optical illusion, because of the pattern that makes up the dress. The bodycon outfit is from Pretty Little Thing and shows that you don’t have to spend thousands on a red-carpet look to make a fashion statement. If you want to make an impact, you simply have to know what looks good on your body. When it comes to doing that with expertise, Scheana leads the pack.

Looking good in red isn’t an easy task for everybody. However, it would appear it comes naturally to Scheana, who is showcasing her innate sense of fashion on the red carpet for the E! People’s Choice Awards back in 2018. The event wasn’t without an awkward atmosphere for Scheana, as she was just a few feet away from her ex Rob Valletta’s sister, Amber Valletta at the event! Not only that, but she too had a red hot outfit on. The jury’s out on who wore it best, but Scheana walks away knowing she delivered one of her best looks ever.

Looking breathtaking in sapphire, Scheana sizzles on the red carpet. She can be seen here in attendance at the 2019 iHeartRadio Music Awards, showing off her shoulders and letting her hair fall across them. The heels are simple, but high, and tied together above the ankle. Scheana looks radiant and completes the wrap-around mini dress look with baby pink nail polish. The style allowed a textured feel, and the photographer’s lights ensured it shined at every given opportunity.

It is hard to ensure the spotlight falls on you at such an event, but Scheana has done a great job of doing so all over again.

Memorable Real Housewives Who Quit During Or After Filming

It’s never all diamonds and rosé in the world of Real Housewives. Being followed around by a camera and having all of your dirty laundry aired isn’t fun, but sometimes fame comes with a price.

For the most part, we’re meant to enjoy their lavish lifestyles and bottomless champagne flutes. To gush over their high-end brand names and expensive automobiles. But there’s a dark side to the Real Housewives. Sometimes the fights get dirty and the blows go low. We’ve seen cast members align themselves against a particular co-star. Perhaps a salacious scandal is too much to handle and someone quits under a veil of darkness at night.

Whatever the reason, occasionally things become too overwhelming to continue filming and they decide to leave production. It’s rare, but it does happen. Let’s take a look at some Real Housewives who quit their show in the middle of a season or right after filming.

Real Housewives Of Atlanta / Tanya Sam

Mama Joyce’s streets were on fire back in 2020. So were the Real Housewives of Atlanta. Cynthia Bailey was headed to the altar and had herself one hell of a bachelorette party. Ladies and gentlemen, we had ourselves a #Strippergate. Oh, the time we had deciding who or what went down with Bolo the male dancer holding a special party trick.

Tanya Sam was appearing in a “friend of” role but she was heavily featured and hung out with the cast a lot – until she didn’t. There was so much rumor and speculation about what happened with Bolo and his… special friend. Also, Kenya Moore wasn’t fond of Tanya. She may or may not have stirred the pot when she brought in a woman claiming Tanya’s man hit on her at a bar.

Whether it was to avoid disgrace with #strippergate or further interference in her personal relationship, Tanya peaced out. For all we know, Tanya left because she has morals in place that frown upon being associated with a television show of this nature. But she quit in the middle of Season 13 and we haven’t seen much of her since.

Real Housewives Of Salt Lake City / Mary Cosby

Real Housewives of Salt Lake City was a refreshing new addition to the Bravo world. Set amongst the mountains and Mormons of Utah, people all over the world were given an insight into things they had never seen before. While someone like Heather Gay might have been suffering from religious trauma, others speculated co-star Mary Cosby was perpetuating it.

Mary was quirky and definitely had opinions. She never appeared to truly enjoy hanging out with her cast and big events seemed to make her uncomfortable. That said, Mary also had a tendency to make other people uncomfortable. Her way with words wasn’t exactly poetry. Mary definitely made some ugly comments that continued into her second season. After cast members pointed out Mary’s insensitivity towards others, rumors began surfacing about her church.

There were allegations Mary treated her congregation and employees like dirt. The word “cult” was uttered more than once. And Mary’s relationship with her step-grandfather was a neverending source of wonder. As Season 2 ended, Mary wasn’t being portrayed in the greatest light – and she was about to surprise everyone by not showing up to the reunion. Her absence didn’t allow Mary to answer any of the questions people had, or to acknowledge her actions. Usually, people are fired for skipping out on Andy Cohen’s favorite moment, but Mary is coming back to RHOSLC for Season 4.

Real Housewives of Beverly Hills / Adrienne Maloof

In retrospect, Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum Adrienne Maloof kind of got a raw deal. She was the first on a main cast to jump ship and she paid for it with her Bravo salary. Adrienne was an original cast member of RHOBH. She abruptly left the show in Season 3 after a significant family secret was made public. Thanks again, Brandi Glanville!

The nature of the secret was withheld during the season, but it had to do with Adrienne and Paul Nassif’s children. How Brandi came away relatively unscathed from revealing this private information is still one of the great wonders of the world. The fallout managed to make bigger holes in Paul and Adrienne’s already shaky relationship. By the end of filming, the couple decided to separate and Adrienne was a no-show at the reunion taping. At the time, Andy uttered his now famous words, “Adrienne Maloof’s final act as a Housewife was NOT showing up tonight.” We did see Adrienne pop up in later seasons making guest appearances.

Real Housewives Of Atlanta / Kim Zolciak-Biermann

Back to Hotlanta and another disgruntled Housewife. To be fair, when Kim Zolciak decided enough was enough, she was about 57 months pregnant. There really should be some law of nature that forgives any hasty decisions made by women while their bodies are being used as hosts for other human beings.

That said, Kim’s exit was controversial because she basically quit on camera. In Season 5, Cynthia invited the gang to Anguilla to witness her vow renewal with Peter Thomas. Hang on, why does Cynthia and her marriage stuff always lead to someone leaving the show? Anyway, Kim couldn’t travel because she was filled with a baby but everyone had a problem with it. She had words with her co-stars AND production and the spat escalated into a full argument that involved Kroy Biermann.

Kim spent the next 5 years having kids and filming Don’t Be Tardy. She appeared on RHOA in Season 9. Viewers were a bit surprised to see Kim pop up with some other RHOA vets in the Season 15 trailer.

Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills / Lisa Vanderpump

This was the walkout heard around the world. This is when RHOBH began what we now know as… the Dark Times. Lisa Vanderpump was, and probably will remain, the queen of the Beverly Hills franchise.

Season 9 started off relatively normal. But Dorit Kemsley had a “situation” with a dog adopted from Lisa’s canine rescue organization. The pup had previous interactions with PK Kemsley’s nose and apparently nipped at her children. Dorit decided the dog had to go and that’s where things get muddy.

How the dog arrived at a kill shelter is still not confirmed. Also not confirmed is who leaked information regarding Dorit’s former dog to the media. Hashtag puppygate was born and fed through Lisa’s “friends” ganging up on her during a vulnerable time in her life.

Lisa’s brother had just died from a drug overdose and she probably should have taken some time from filming to recover. Being the workhorse she is, or Bravo being demanding, Lisa continued to show up whilst being accused of various crimes against her co-stars.

It all ended one afternoon when Kyle Richards and her hat appeared on Lisa’s doorstep wanting some answers. Kyle tried her hardest to have LVP admit she was a lying liar face and Lisa swore on all her animals and children she was telling the truth.

They went around in circles until Ken Todd magically appeared and told Kyle to get the hell out of his house. Lisa abruptly chose to stop filming at that point and did not show up for the Season 9 reunion. Many longtime viewers feel RHOBH never recovered from losing LVP, but her legacy carries on with Vanderpump Rules, the swan army, and the ever-faithful, dog-carrying Ken.

Top Real Housewives In The Hamptons Moments

Everyone needs a break sometimes and believe it or not, so do our Real Housewives. Real Housewives of New Jersey seem to have a particular affection for Mexico. Real Housewives of New York had a semi-regular trip to Dorinda Medley’s Berkshires estate. But it seems like EVERYONE eventually makes it to the Hamptons.

From Real Housewives of Beverly Hills all the way to Real Housewives of Miami, at some point, the swanky southeastern end of Long Island calls to the wealthy and fabulous regardless of their home base. The Hamptons are so much of a thing, Bravo created a whole show revolving around the rosé-filled nightlife and never-ending drama.

Speaking of drama, the Real Housewives don’t allow a change of scenery to get in the way of causing a scene. Let’s revisit some of our favorite Real Housewives in the Hamptons moments we’ve been able to enjoy over the years. It seemed like the clear Long Island air has a way of getting under people’s skin. Lucky for us, cameras were there.

Real Housewives Of Miami / Season Four

The ladies down south traveled up north and it wasn’t a great trip for Real Housewives of Miami newcomer Julia Lemigova. It was Lisa Hochstein’s birthday and we found out Lisa can prepare eggs about as well as Julia can tolerate alcohol. Real Housewives are no strangers to medical events, and this jaunt to the Hamptons was no different.

Partying and replacing your blood with vodka is no small feat, but Julia was up for the task. Until she wasn’t. After an evening of antics, Julia woke up with a “medical emergency.” She had vomiting, dehydration, and an extra special bonus of raging diarrhea. You and I might call this “alcohol poisoning.” She was clearly in distress and suffering as her co-stars Adriana de Moura and Nicole Martin assessed the severity of Julia’s situation. The power of Vicki Gunvalson’s legacy of requiring a hospital stay on vacation compelled the ladies to contact emergency services.

Everyone was panicked, with the exception of Larsa Pippen who was concerned Julia’s possible demise could impact her jewelry launch event. Thankfully Julia survived thanks to the well-equipped healthcare team and a handy dose of electrolytes.

Real Housewives Of New York / Season Six

The Hamptons is a relatively quick trip from New York, depending on traffic. As RHONY star Sonja Morgan might say, a luxurious ride on the Jitney is the way to travel if no one else wants you in their car. Their Hamptons trip served burlesque, Luann de Lesseps drinking out of plastic cups, and surfing lessons. Ramona Singer was absent from this particular journey, so fewer people were insulted and a good time was had by all. Kind of.

Sonja’s burlesque show was the highlight of the Hamptons and the venue was basically an incredibly warm airplane hanger. Sonja was… ill-prepared to perform in front of a mirror, much less a crowd. She was literally melting into a puddle backstage trying to memorize the words to a song and gyrate her hips without someone calling 911.

Sonja ventured on the stage and fought for her life under the spotlight. Try-hard RHONY wannabe that never was an image consultant to anyone, Amanda Sanders hissed, “That’s what menopause looks like.” She was about 9 plastic cup martinis into the evening at that juncture. But Sonja’s sexy (?) performance in the Hamptons wasn’t the only exciting buzz in the air. #Bookgate was already hot and heavy, but we’ll have to save that for Part II of this series.

Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills / Season Six

At the beginning of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season 6, the gals packed up and headed to the opposite side of the US. Their destination was the Hamptons but the trip was fraught with issues. Lisa Vanderpump was the guest of honor at a magazine party and everyone was invited to attend. Unfortunately, everyone wasn’t very pleased about their lodging situation.

The boutique hotel was “too loud” for Kyle Richards and Eileen Davidson. Kyle enlisted the assistance of her real estate husband who found her a mansion so she could rest her raven tresses in style. In their defense, the hotel was a party-ish kind of place, but the way they ditched Lisa was not found in any etiquette books. Lisa wasn’t happy but didn’t make a huge deal out of their escape. You could tell she was miffed. And that wasn’t the only snafu in the Hamptons for this group. Then there was… the dinner party.

Because nothing good happens at a sit-down meal on these shows, the same holds true in this scenario. During this lovely occasion where people came together to break bread in peace, LVP decided she wanted to get to know Eileen a little better. She began to inquire as to how Eileen met her current husband, Vincent Van Patten. Harmless question unless your relationship began on an unconventional note and explaining it makes you feel some type of way. Eileen took Lisa’s curiosity in the Hamptons and held onto that chip until it developed into a perfectly viable, well-formed grudge. Eileen never forgave Lisa for asking how things started with Vinnie. And we all learned what questions not to ask Eileen during that season.

Real Housewives Of New York / Season Twelve

RHONY Season 12 came in like a lion and… also went out like a lion. It was our introduction to Leah McSweeney and to put it mildly, we weren’t ready. Leah was a breath of fresh air into a franchise that needed a lift. Leah was younger, has knuckle tatts, and seemingly didn’t care what too many people thought of her. She had quite an unconventional youth, which was plagued with poor behavior and substance abuse.

When Blue Stone Manor was under construction and the ladies hoofed it to Ramona’s pad in the Hamptons, Leah decided to go DEFCON 2 and everyone was on the highest alert possible. She had a difficult relationship with alcohol and the alcohol was winning whatever internal battle was being fought. After two days of deciding not to drink, Leah started making up for lost time.

There was nudity. There was litter. We also had some launched tiki torches. At one point we had Ramona in a weird marine-themed sex room on a child’s carnival ride. No wonder rich people are always in the news for being weird. As icing on the cake, this was the time in our lives when the core memory of Luann’s “lower level” phase began. Remember when RHONY would just go to the Hamptons to play tennis? Those times are long gone my friends, just like the original Real Housewives of New York. Thankfully, our Hamptons memories will remain with us forever.

After finally getting her peach on Real Housewives of Atlanta, cast member Marlo Hampton turned things up to 11. She always brings it when the reality TV cameras are rolling. This pink latex dress isn’t the most outlandish, but it maintains an air of class and dignity. While allowing Marlo to shake her thing. Wearing hoodies isn’t something every Real Housewives star could do and look good in, but Marlo has no problem. From the waist down, she serves up some classy red stockings, which match those Wizard of Oz style heels. Completing the look is a bunch of wrist accessories, and that eye-catching handbag.

What’s this? Marlo looks like she won’t read a fellow RHOA castmate for filth if they start getting cute. The Real Housewives of Atlanta star looks angelic in this stunning white gown that she wore to the 2018 BMI R&B/Hip-Hop Awards. Every part of the outfit tells a story. The huge ruffle on the left shoulder flows perfectly down the arm, while the right arm is left exposed, showing a little skin. There are the pants that are worn under the dress, serving up a dose of drama. Then your eyes reach the silver heels just poking out from beneath the ensemble. Breathtaking.

You would be forgiven for thinking Marlo was the star of the show at this House of Gucci screening she attended in Atlanta in late 2021. She wears the brand from head to toe, showcasing how she is able to match up a flowing gown with a mesmerizing Gucci belt, and of course a bunch of accessories including that whopper of a ring she wears on her left hand. Marlo certainly isn’t afraid to flaunt the fact she has money when it comes to her fashion choices.

Marlo has been entertaining RHOA fans for many years, so when she was finally offered a position as a full-time housewife, the audience was ecstatic. It was cause for celebration, and what better way to enjoy your promotion than by throwing a party in your own honor? Marlo has never been afraid to tell the world just how fantastic she really is. We imagine there was a lot of that going on at her “Posh Peach Dinner: Celebrating Marlo Hampton.” Thankfully, she looked drop-dead gorgeous!

The Atlanta housewives perhaps more than any other series are flirtatious and happy to bathe in their sexuality. Showing skin isn’t something they feel ashamed of, and for good reason. Marlo here shows that you can still maintain an air of dignity and class while showing the world exactly what you’re working with. Her incredible physique is one that looks good no matter what she wears. Why should anybody looking that good be afraid to show a little skin?
