As the show opened on a scene of quaint, colorful storybook-like buildings, host Jesse Palmer revealed that this week, The Bachelor had traveled to Tallinn, Estonia. My friend Google told me that Estonia is in Eastern Europe, across the Gulf of Finland from Finland (duh!).
Brooklyn said she felt like she was in the movie Frozen, “Like, it’s cold, and there’s castles, and it’s a fairy tale.” All the buildings have pointy roofs and spires, and they do look like castles. Where’s Olaf? Someone proclaimed Tallinn as being “so fricking cute,” as they strolled the cobblestone streets looking for Zach Shallcross.
While the women were stalking him, Zach was hiding out in a local cafe with Jesse. He must be all recovered from his bout with COVID, because he has emerged from isolation. Still seemed to be drinking tea, though. Or maybe he and Jesse were just enjoying a cup of Estonian coffee.
Jesse broke the news that Greer was now feeling “under the weather.” (I’m really surprised it wasn’t Gabi, since she was the one who had the one-on-one date with Zach right before he got sick.) Even though he just said she was “under the weather,” Jesse assured Zach that Greer “feels fine, [she’s] asymptomatic” and quarantined in her room. Zach told Jesse to assure Greer that she should just get better and not worry about anything.
Only nine women are left. Yay! Maybe now I can finally figure out who’s who. At Jesse’s request, Zach filled him in on where he is with each woman. Jesse told Zach it would be a “big week,” kind of a comeback for him. Or a “bounce back,” as he called it.
As the women were checking out their elegantly cozy accommodations, I was wondering where they were staying. But then we got the mandatory (it’s in the contract) shot of the name of the hotel. They’re in the Swissôtel Tallinn, which Google says is a “luxury hotel” in Estonia.
The eight COVID-negative ladies were lined up on the comfy couch, when the knock came on the door. Date Card! Charity was feeling sad that her date got canceled in London, due to Zach’s illness. She was hoping she wouldn’t just get “skipped over.” Fortunately, Gabi read out loud, “Charity, let’s make up for lost time. — Zach.” Charity was the happiest girl in the room, for sure. The rest of them? Not so much.
When Zach walked into the room to pick up his date, the squeals of excitement were a little louder than usual. After all, they hadn’t seen him in probably a week or so. Kat joked, “I didn’t even recognize you for a second.” He gave everyone a hug, before taking a seat on the couch. “Today was my first day out of quarantine fully,” he told them. “No more room service and pacing the room.”
Kat interrupted him, “Zach, before you go, can you come with me?” Uh-oh. I smell trouble. Seriously? She had the nerve to “steal” their communal boyfriend on Charity’s time? Charity was all, “Wait, what?!”
Out in the hallway, Kat said, “I want you to have fun today and enjoy your time with Charity [but not too much], but I just missed you, and I wanted to say Hi to you before you left. Call it needy, but I don’t care.”
She told Zach that she had been going a little “stir crazy” and to prove her point, she pulled him in for a big sloppy kiss. Zach must have been a little “stir crazy” himself, as he seemed more than happy to oblige. Really, Zach? You’re going to start Charity’s special day with Kat’s saliva in your mouth? Ewwwww. At least stop by your room and brush your teeth. Ugh. I hope he didn’t have Kat’s lipstick all over his face when he returned to take Charity on their date.
And Charity wasn’t the only one who was annoyed by Kat’s audacity. Though Zach appreciated Kat’s “initiative,” the other ladies were definitely not pleased.
The atmosphere in the room was a little tense when Zach returned to the eight maids a-sulking. And congrats to Detective Gabi for noticing the traces of “lip gloss on his lips,” following his private time with Kat. Kat was not going to have a good day after Zach and Charity left for their date. A few of the women looked ready to give her a good, shall we say, talking to?
As soon as they left, Aly asked Kat, “How was your chat?” In her head, Aly was definitely making air quotes. The rest of the ladies were not happy either with Kat “taking a moment” for herself. Brooklyn came right out and said taking her moment on Charity’s time was “classless” and “selfish.” Kat didn’t come here to make friends, y’all. She’d better hide her toothbrush because somebody’s liable to use it to clean the bathroom tonight.

The first stop on Zach and Charity’s date was a ride through town in a horse-drawn carriage. All the streets are cobblestoned, and the buildings are straight out of a Disney movie. The architecture looks very similar to Russian, with all the domes, conical roofs, and spires. So pretty!
They came across some kind of competition or race where men were carrying their female partners on their backs upside down, with the women’s legs wrapped around the men’s necks and their arms wound around their waists. They stopped to watch, and a man asked them if they wanted to try it. Before Zach could say anything, Charity volunteered them. Way to prove you’re up for anything, Char! The man told them it was called “Wife-Carrying.”
Charity gamely stepped over Zach’s shoulders and hugged him around the middle, while hanging upside down. She admitted in an interview, “I never thought I would be upside-down, my face in his ass. I hated it, but I loved it at the same time!” Zach blew the other guy away, winning both the race and a big congratulatory kiss from Charity.
Back at the hotel, some of the women were still stewing over the Zach-stealing perpetrated by Kat earlier. Brooklyn was still sticking with “classless” and “selfish,” but had added “disrespectful” to the list. I don’t disagree with her, but maybe it’s best just to let it go and not make an international case out of it.
Meanwhile, in another room, Kat was complaining to Ariel about “harsh words” being directed at her and how she “felt attacked” by the other women. Kat’s feelings were hurt that her “character” had been attacked, and she didn’t understand why she wasn’t entitled to “have my moment.”
Ariel, bless her heart, gently told her, “It doesn’t make you a bad person, but it just rubs people the wrong way. When you had your one-on-one, no one interrupted, no one kissed him before your date.” Though Kat insisted, “The rules left when [Zach] got COVID. Everything has shifted right now,” Ariel calmly said, “I don’t think respect ever shifts, though.” It was like Ariel was talking to a child. She would be a good mom.
After a quick visit to a local shop, where the proprietor made them stand on one leg with one hand on their head, while drinking some kind of nasty, peppery potion they both hated, Zach and Charity next tried some sweet almonds from a street vendor. The almonds actually looked delicious. Next, they taste-tested some local marzipan. (I hate marzipan. Yuck!) Charity made a Dad joke (wait, that’s supposed to be Zach’s job) about being on the way to “Smooch City, Estonia.” Sadly, Kat had already beaten her there.
Back in the suite, Jess was worrying about not yet having gotten a one-on-one date. She was in her head about why she hadn’t yet gotten one. Gabi thought the environment of the show was hard on her, causing Jess anxiety. Gabi asked Jess if she’d react badly if she didn’t get the next one-on-one. “We shall see,” Jess foreshadowed.
As Zach and Charity were walking into the nighttime portion of their date, Charity narrated, “I’m feeling amazing going into tonight. Everything about today just felt so natural and so comforting.” Their dinner table was set up in what looked like Cinderella’s house. Charity prepared to tell Zach about her past and her background, “Just so that he knows, like, my heart, like, the reason why I’m here, what I want from this, and ultimately, what I want my future to, like, look like.”
[Side note: My hubby and I saw Hank Azaria interviewed on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert the other night. Hank was saying that he and his wife watch The Bachelor and have been making a game out of counting the number of times people say the word “like.” If it were a drinking game, you’d pass out before the first commercial. LOL.]
In her opening speech to Zach about where she’s come from and what her life used to be, I counted 16 times that Charity used the word “like.” Someone needs to coach these girls.
Charity finally got to the point and revealed to Zach that prior to “coming here,” she’d been in “an emotionally, like, abusive relationship.” Another one? She told Zach, that there had been several incidents of infidelity. “It just became this vicious cycle of manipulation,” she explained. She hid the abuse from her parents, even though her mom “is quite literally my best friend.” Even though she was ashamed to have gone through that type of relationship, she said she was grateful that it made her the person she is today.
To comfort her, Zach talked about going through another relationship “before this,” where he lost himself and neglected his own self. I thought he was going to talk about Rachel Recchia again but thankfully I was wrong.
Charity felt super relieved that she’d gotten that information off her chest and received only positive support from Zach. After he said she was “pretty awesome,” they made a quick trip to “Smooch City,” before Zach offered her the rose, and she happily accepted it.
As they waited for the second Date Card, Jess was still going on about how much she wanted that one-on-one with Zach. Something told me her wish wasn’t going to be granted, and the aggressive knock on the door agreed with me. Gabi must have been appointed official Date Card Monitor this week because she immediately jumped off the couch to answer the door.
Jess said, “I am crossing both fingers that my name is not on the group date card.” Isn’t that how crossing your fingers is supposed to work, Jess? You can’t cross one finger. You have to use both.
Gabi announced, “I have a Date Card!” Thanks, Captain Obvious. We knew that. “Brooklyn, Kaity, Kat, Gabi, Aly, and Jess: True love feels like magic. — Zach.” Ariel dissolved into giggles, when she realized her name wasn’t on the card and she would be going on the other one-on-one date. As she had a tiny celebration for herself, Jess burst into tears of disappointment.
“Does it mean something that I’m the last one [to get a one-on-one date]?” Jess sobbed. Gabi reassured her that she was not the last one and reminded her that Greer hasn’t yet had a one-on-one. “But Greer has COVID,” she sniffled. Jess seems very young. She’s only 23 years old. I think she’s got some growing up to do yet.
The next morning Charity was recounting all the things she and Zach did on their date the day before, as the women waited for the Bachelor to pick them up for the group date. Out of the blue, Kat brought up how “yesterday was a lot and I don’t want to have this conversation before we go into the group date.”
Brooklyn wasn’t having any of it and cut Kat off, “Oh my God! You don’t want to ruin the group date? You don’t want to have it ruin your time like Charity’s [was]?” Yup. She said it.
Kat responded to her with, “Ew, why are you being so aggressive?”
Brooklyn shot back, “‘Ew.’ Because you have your head up your ass!” In an interview, Brooklyn recalled how Kat had pulled Zach out of the room when he was there to pick up Charity for her date. And when he returned, he had lip gloss all over his lips. “That made me want to box her ears off.” That may just be the most Oklahoma thing anybody’s ever said on this show. “You literally kissed the man before [Charity] went on her one-on-one date.”
Kat rationalized, “Ok, we are all dating him.”
But Brooklyn still insisted it was “tacky.” She narrated that Charity looked hurt and there would be a lot of “walking on eggshells, but not me. I’m not walking on no eggshells.” I like Brooklyn.
Kat said it wasn’t necessary to intentionally hurt each other’s feelings. But Brooklyn told her, “If it hurt your feelings, like, if the shoe fits, lace that bitch up.” Okay then. Everybody have a fun day today!
As Zach was walking to the group date, he said, “Today’s gonna be fun!” Poor Zach. He had no idea.
While Aly made a really weak attempt at the traditional “run, jump and wrap your legs around the Bachelor” move, Kat didn’t even try. Instead, she told Zach, “My body will not do that, but nice to see you.” Zach hugged each of the women. He narrated that he wanted the day to be “magical” and an opportunity to progress some relationships. Today they would tap into some of the more “unusual” Estonian culture. What is “usual” Estonian culture then?
The group walked toward a log cabin, where a woman was beating a handheld drum while she circled an open fire. She introduced herself as Heli, an Estonian witch. “I’m [a] grand witch, and I use witchcraft for more than 20 years.” She said her job is to help people, to heal and maybe help them find love. She invited them all to make a circle around her fire. “Today we will see,” she told them, “who is ready to find love.” And they all joined hands and did ring-around-the-rosy by the firepit.
Next, she invited Zach to “cleanse your ladies,” as she handed him a smoldering stick of sage. Brooklyn was not over it, as she said, “You can definitely tell there’s a little tension. [Kat] knows that what she did was wrong. So there’s not enough sage in the world to cleanse Kat.”
As the women tried to find love with Zach by looking “through the flame into each other’s eyes,” Jess was still in her head about not yet having had a one-on-one. Girl, as the song says, “Let It Go.” You’re only sabotaging yourself. But as Jess and Zach were doing the candle “staring through the flames” thing, the candle blew out, signaling to Jess an extinguishing of their love. Bummer.
At the after party that evening, Gabi pointed out, “This is the smallest group date [only 6] any of us have been on yet. And so, hopefully, we will all get time to talk to him.” And despite her “anxiety attack” earlier in the day, Jess claims she’s all good now. “I’m the only one here without a one-on-one.” Really, Jess? You’ve only mentioned that about a dozen times. Stop it.
When Zach arrived, he made a toast, “To all of you incredible and beautiful women. I’m happy to be here.” Who will be the first to pull him away for a private conversation? But Zach pulled a fast one and asked Kaity to join him before any catfights could break out.
When he sat down with Gabi, they both expressed how comfortable they felt with each other, even though they still had butterflies. They missed each other when Zach was sick. I think Gabi has the edge right now. Is it too early to predict Gabi as the winner?
Back in the other room, Jess was once again telling Aly and Kaity, “I’m the only one here without a one-on-one.” Jess could be her own drinking game. She’s totally self-sabotaging. When Zach asked her if he could steal her for a conversation, the music of doom in the background was a little heavy-handed. I don’t think this is going to go well.
When Zach asked how she was doing, Jess told him, “I know what I signed up for. But . . . I don’t have that much confidence. It’s a lot to see all these women progress in their relationships with you. I was waiting for that one-on-one to, like, open up more.” And a cloud seemed to descend on Zach’s face at this point, as Jess started to cry.
Jess continued to go on and on about the one-on-one, and Zach started to get annoyed with her obsession. He wanted her to look at the whole process and not just keep track of one-on-ones. Zach was confused. “What am I missing?” As she kept talking about one-on-ones, you could see him emotionally distancing himself from her.
She said she told him at the beginning, that she wasn’t the type who would fight for someone. She wanted someone who would fight for her. “I’m not gonna fight. I’m not gonna beg for you. I’m not doing that.” But you’re begging him to fight for you. I think I was just as confused as Zach was as he walked her out to the waiting van. Bye, Jess! Too bad you never got a one-on-one date. Too soon?
Zach was so shaken by having to let Jess go, that he decided not to give out a date rose. Maybe they can each take a petal like they did last week. Rose petals for everyone!
The next morning, Zach was still reeling from the Jess of it all. I guess he really liked her. But he accepted that it was for the best, and today is a new day. He was looking forward to his date with Ariel.
When Ariel arrived, Zach surprised her with the news that they were having a spa day. Fun! As they walked away, though, they passed a sign that was translated for us non-Estonian-speakers as “Nudist Sauna.” Uh-oh.
It looked really cold there. You could see their breath in the air, so a nice warm sauna sounded like a welcome treat. They were in for a surprise. When they got to the spa, they were greeted by a sweater-wearing woman named Laura. Everyone else seemed to be wearing robes. I guess even nudists have to bundle up when it’s cold outside.
But then Laura came over and welcomed them to the traditional Estonian sauna. She told them, “Saunas are a sacred place here in Estonia. We go there to cleanse our bodies, our minds, our spirits and really purify our souls. We go in the sauna nude.” Zach and Ariel tried not to show any expression, but Zach just kind of cocked his head a bit in surprise.
Ariel told Zach he could wear his “birthday suit,” but she would be wearing a bathing suit. “Like a Baywatch situation,” she said. Zach said they could “meet in the middle.” It didn’t sound like he was ready to go full Monty with Ariel yet.
When next we saw the happy couple, Zach was wearing black swim trunks and Ariel was in a very modest red one piece. They were both saying how grateful they were to be indoors when it was so cold out. Finally, they were in the warm sauna, making out. But then the door opened and a totally nude couple walked in. “Can we join?” Zach and Ariel graciously welcomed the other couple, though they were obviously embarrassed. Ariel kidded, “Can’t wait for my parents to see this.” Zach admitted he felt “traumatized.” Oh, come on, Zach. Grow up. Just look them in the eyes, and you’ll be just fine. Just don’t lower your gaze to the kibbles and bits.
The other couple gave them some good advice when they found out this was Zach and Ariel’s first date. “Be honest,” the man said, while his partner added, “Give each other space. And trust is everything, I would say.”
“Also talking is very important!” they both agreed.
When the naked people told them that they should “enjoy the hot tub,” Zach and Ariel were out of there in a nanosecond. I’m sure they enjoyed a nice, hot soak in the outdoor tub since it was such a cold day. And a glass of champagne never hurts, either.
But before too long Mr. and Mrs. Naked joined Zach and Ariel in the hot tub. They jumped right in, as Ariel told them, “We missed you guys!” But it kind of cramped their style when the other couple started making out on the other side of the tub. I don’t think Zach signed up for an orgy.
Next up was an apparently early dinner (since it was still light outside) in an adorable cottage with stained glass windows. Maybe that’s why they brought them there in the daylight, so Zach and Ariel could enjoy the beautiful windows.
Zach narrated, “I had one of the best times I’ve ever had with Ariel today. She makes me laugh. We get along. It feels like she could be my best friend.”
After Zach told her exactly how he was feeling about her, Ariel told him, “It’s hard for me to be at times, very, like, vulnerable and kind of talk about the things that I feel or things that I want. I’m really good at using humor as a veil because I feel like I’m not able to articulate what I want and what I’ve kind of been through.” Uh-oh. Is she going to tell him about a past abusive relationship?
Ariel went on to say that she’d been through many relationships where she couldn’t be herself, and a lot of heartbreaks. She admitted that “in those heartbreaks, I kind of stopped loving myself.” They both agreed that being in a relationship where you can’t be yourself is the worst kind of sacrifice. Zach assured her that he liked her for who she is and would never want her to change for him.
In an interview, Zach admitted that his one-on-one date with Ariel “far exceeded” his expectations. Saying Ariel “might be the best surprise yet” in his journey to find love, Zach offered her the rose, and she accepted it “1,000 times over.”
Apparently, the dates were not shown in the order they were filmed, because both Gabi and Zach referred to all the emotions surrounding the Jess situation “last night.” Zach explained that he wasn’t expecting the night to go that way at all, and that was why he was so upset. He said all of their support and kind words had made it all easier for him. He went home last night knowing “my person is absolutely in this room.” Cheers!
In the surprise move of the night, Charity asked Kat if she could have “a moment.” Contestants don’t usually ask to “steal” each other, instead of the Bachelor, so it was a bold move. While Kat was still defending her right to spend time with Zach, Brooklyn entered the room as a backup for Charity. But Kat didn’t want to “deal with the drama,” so she stomped out of the room. I’m team Brooklyn on this one. I don’t necessarily agree with Brooklyn that Kat “knows she’s wrong,” but I do agree that she is. We’ll see what “No Drama” Zach thinks of the drama when he finds out about it.
While Kat was kvetching to the producers about Brooklyn’s “aggresiveness” towards her and how “it’s not fair,” Zach suddenly walked into the room. I thought she might tell him about her conflict with Brooklyn, but she just dodged his questions when he told her that she had seemed “off” at the group date.
Just as I hoped someone would tell Zach about the drama between Kat and Brooklyn, Jesse Palmer and his tinkling Champagne Glass of Doom signaled that it was “time for the Rose Ceremony.” Line up, ladies. Only seven are left since Greer is still in quarantine.
And the roses went to Gabi, Kaity, and Brooklyn. Kat received the Final Rose tonight. “Aly, please take a moment to say your goodbyes.”

I had predicted more blowback from such a cringe moment. Maybe that low-low tip wasn’t so mysterious after all? Who cares. I loved watching giggly Hayley and Tyler Walker tidying cabins in this episode. The firings of Alissa Humber and Camille Lamb have worked wonders for this interior crew. Let’s talk about it.
Fraser Olender is still feeling the pain of being a stew down, despite having a dream team beneath him now. He’s throwing an 80’s party for the ages and tolerating smooches on the face from the guests. Our butler of the sea. Once again the stews work a late night to keep things running smoothly while Captain Sandy Yawn stares at the wind and her crew sleeps.
As the interior crew settles down, we’re starting to get a little more insight into the deck crew dynamics. We’re learning Katie Glaser is a boss and the men aren’t loving it. She’s urging Tony Duarte to move above a snail’s pace. Tony complains to Ben Willoughby about his feelings, and Ben quickly tattles to bosun Ross McHarg about it. These gossips.
Ross confronts Katie about being proactive and assertive. He tells her she needs to wind back being bossy. He also calls Tony delicate, yet blames her for “winding him up.” Katie complains that she is working “ten times harder” than Tony and Ross tells her she’s stepping out of line. Romantic!
Later, Ross apologizes for being late on deck because he was having a “massive wank.” I wasn’t exactly sure where to reveal that tidbit in this recap, but it needed to be included.

Happy birthday to queen Hayley! She is sure to remind everyone that this day is all about her, and I am loving it. She takes full advantage of her day by picking her nose on camera, getting plastered, and eating cake, of course. Did I mention her cake was an homage to her gigantic red hair?
During Hayley’s party, Katie pulls Tony aside to apologize for being too overbearing. Tony completely accepts the apology, and everyone seems to move on. I have no idea if Katie and Ross are still happening, and I really don’t care.
At long last, we’re meeting the girl from the infamous nudes! Welcome, Leigh-Ann Smith!
Leigh-Ann has chief stew experience, so Fraser is slightly worried about what type of attitude she could bring to the team. So far though, all she’s given us is that she’s boy-crazy. Leigh is totally unbothered to seeing Ben, and she intends to be hooking up with him any moment. So yay! We have a competent interior team! Is anyone up for a game of volleyball?
Ben on the other hand is panicked. He quivers a “get out of town” before greeting Leigh-Ann. He’s still deep in a texting relationship with Camille. She changed his world, Camille. No WAY he’d stray from her! Right?
The time has finally come. Captain Lee Rosbach is back on board, and Sandy says her goodbyes. During their final tip meeting together, Sandy cries and is sure to remind everyone they’re special. Sandy thinks she has seen major changes in Fraser since she has been at the helm. Fraser in turn says he looks up to Sandy enormously. It’s a sweet moment.
Eventually, Lee rolls in on a golf cart with power music playing. In his confessional, he says that Sandy did the right thing by letter Alissa and Camille go. He trusts her judgment.

Meri Brown is setting the record straight—literally. During a recent Instagram Live, the Sister Wives star cleared the air about speculation that she was dating women in the wake of her split...On this season of Real Housewives of New Jersey, we are getting more of the same. And by same I specifically mean fighting between Teresa Giudice, Joe Gorga and Melissa Gorga. We have known for months now that the family had a major falling out leading up to Tre’s wedding to Luis “Louie” Ruelas. But since the season started airing, even more fallout has occurred off screen.
In the latest drama, Melissa found herself on the receiving end of some unflattering comments by former castmate Jacqueline Laurita. The one-time reality star called Melissa “manipulative” and accused her of using her.
As reported by Reality Blurb!, Melissa responded to Jacqueline’s claims on a recent Watch What Happens Live appearance. Said Melissa, “[Jacqueline] literally didn’t show up to a reunion because she was saying Teresa was the most manipulating situation and Teresa was calling me out on things.”
The Envy boutique owner continued, “She has really proven that she can’t stand Teresa in so many ways. She sends text messages all over the place.”
Melissa then added, “I’m in shock that she said that about me because from day one, before I even filmed my first scene, she was the one calling my phone every day, not in a negative way, but to definitely fill me in on things so the fact that she said that I’m manipulating is crazy.”
In January 2023, Jacqueline was brutally honest about her feelings about Melissa. She shared camera time with Melissa for three seasons. Jacqueline accused her of being “very good at manipulating people.” She added, “I was also upset and confused about the way Melissa turned her back on me on camera after I was a good and supportive friend to her. I felt used by her.”
Jacqueline also credited Melissa for the infamous downfall of her once-strong friendship with Teresa. “I believe Melissa was jealous that Teresa and I were getting along and she knew that producers were pushing for us to be friends again. That’s when I realized who she really is and I had no interest in ever talking to her again from that day on.”
After years of not speaking, Teresa and Jacqueline recently reunited for a five hour lunch. Jacqueline said of the meeting on social media, “Our friendship has nothing to do with our mutual disdain for Melissa.”

Adriana de Moura is known for stirring up trouble on the Real Housewives of Miami. Typically, her feuds occur with another OG cast member, Larsa Pippen, over Brazillian Butt Lift rumors and her friendship with Kim Kardashian. However, her most recent dispute is with another Real Housewives veteran: Alexia Echevarria. Adriana and Alexia appeared in Seasons 1 through 3 of RHOM from 2011 to 2013 on Bravo before the show’s reboot aired on Peacock in 2021. Despite Adriana only appearing in a recurring role for Seasons 4 and 5, that doesn’t mean she can’t bring the Miami heat.
Several changes were made to the cast in the reboot. In addition to Larsa, Alexia, Adriana, and Lisa Hochstein, newbies Guerdy Abraira, Nicole Martin, and Julia Lemigova were added. Nicole is a certified anesthesiologist, while Guerdy is an event planner. Additionally, Julia is the first openly LGBTQ+ Housewife ever. However, despite the diversity among the cast, they may be less inclusive than fans would have hoped.
During RHOM Season 4, an episode featured some of the ladies at an LGBTQ+ pride event. According to Adriana, “Alexia was shaming a trans woman at a Pride event,” per Page Six. “If you look at the footage on Season 4 when she’s going to be the marshal of the Pride parade in Miami in Wynwood, she’s sitting there with her then-fiancé, Todd [Nepola].”
Adriana explained Todd was admiring the women on stage and found himself attracted to Godfrey Arbulu specifically. “That’s a man, that’s a man,” De Moura recalled Alexia saying. “That’s a guy, that’s a guy,” she said to her husband before he replied, “I know … I know.”
After the episode aired, Wynwood Pride, the event’s host, tweeted about Alexia’s statements. “We are very disappointed in Alexia’s comments about one of our performers, we are even more disappointed that Bravo / Peacock would allow these transphobic comments to be aired on national television.”
Despite Adriana’s comments, the Real Housewives star has been vocal about supporting the LGBT+ community. Season 4 of RHOM focused primarily on Alexia as she continued to process her ex-husband’s death and the news that he was secretly gay. “I would have loved for him to have come out and had this conversation because I would have supported him and helped him.” She added, “And hooked him up with all my cute gay friends,” Alexia finished.

The Real Housewives of Potomac continues to deliver. The drama between the ‘wives has been boiling since the series premiere, and now, we’re finally getting answers to some of our most pressing questions.
Last week’s episode ended with Candiace Dillard Bassett reading Gizelle Bryant for filth. Here are five main takeaways from the RHOP Season 7 Reunion, Part 2.
Fans of the Real Housewives of Potomac expect Gizelle to stir the pot. A major storyline for Seasons 6 and 7 focused primarily on Gizelle’s accusations about Dr. Wendy Osefo’s husband, Eddie Osefo, and Candiace’s husband, Chris Bassett.
When Wendy first appeared on the show in Season 5, she and Gizelle quickly became good friends. Things worsened after Gizelle brought a rumor that Eddie was cheating on Wendy to the forefront. Despite their already thriving friendship, Candiace and Wendy formed an even deeper connection in Season 7 after both being victims of Gizelle’s schemes.
This led to a deeper conversation at the reunion around some of the ladies feeling like Gizelle isn’t as authentic as she claims to be. If there’s an issue between us from 6 months ago, and you wait to bring it up while we’re filming–yeah, that could be seen as calculated behavior. Both Wendy and Candiace have a right to be upset.
Throughout this season, fans have seen Gizelle’s emotional health journey up close and personal. After mulling over the information needed to decide if she would have a hysterectomy, Gizelle revealed she had the procedure. However, it didn’t go as smoothly as she had hoped.
Gizelle told Andy Cohen that her surgery process was actually “traumatic.” After being told the procedure would be 3.5 hours, it ended up being eight. Bryant said her daughters were fearful because they stopped receiving updates from inside the operating room for several hours.
Many fans have continued to call Gizelle out for not being as open as she demands many of her co-stars be on RHOP. Gizelle argued that she shares her personal life, the highs, and the lows. If production chooses not to show it, then that’s their decision. Now that she’s confirmed to be dating Jason Cameron from Winter House, Gizelle said if they are still dating during Season 8 of the Real Housewives, fans will get to see it.
During their conversation about Mia Thornton and Wendy’s South Beach beef, I was surprised to see Wendy get so emotional as it was happening. “It took everything in me not to beat the sh-t out of you,” Wendy said after discussing Mia’s infamous drink toss.
This is unsurprising as Wendy and her family have been coming for Mia for months since the scene first aired. “Well, well well! Ugly inside out!! CRATER face Mia!! A bombastic, ignorant, nonsensical, baseless, [wannabe] CEO trouble maker,” Wendy’s mom shared on Instagram. And Dr. Wendy kept the same sentiment at the reunion, slamming Mia for “assaulting” her, adding she will “never f–k” with her because of it.
While this conversation stirred up a lot of emotion in Wendy, it also opened the door to a more extensive discussion on colorism.
Colorism has been a topic discussed on RHOP before. Candiace and Monique Samuels have seemingly received harsher feedback and criticism from fans, co-stars, and producers for their “aggressive behavior.” In contrast, many feel lighter-skinned women like Robyn Dixon and Mia don’t get the same push-back because of their complexion.
Although Gizelle and Robyn disagreed that Candiace and Wendy are labeled negatively because of their skin color Ashley Darby acknowledged the privilege she receives as a lighter-skinned woman compared to others. Even then, the ladies still didn’t agree on how colorism shows up within their group. But this segment was a healthy start to a bigger conversation. Candiace tweeted, “Truly appreciate everyone else for their constructive and thoughtful contributions the conversation on colorism. Wish we could have shown more and spoken longer. #RHOP.”
We’re finally seeing more of Jacqueline Blake after a few weeks of nothing, and things are just as heated between her and Mia as when we last saw them on screen together. Like many fans, Jacqueline and Mia said they are sad about how things played out between them, and I wonder if they can ever get back on track.
Based on how the episode ended, I assume the answer is no. Mia pulled out her receipts, and Jacqueline did the same. However, the shady RHOP editors gave us viewers the forbidden cliffhanger, and unfortunately, we’ll have to wait until the reunion’s conclusion to see what happens next.

Since announcing the surprise baby in January 2023, Paris and her husband, Carter Reum, have been tight-lipped about the details surrounding their little one. Page Six reported that she finally revealed the newborn’s name on her This is Paris podcast.
“My beautiful baby boy’s name is Phoenix Barron Hilton Reum,” Paris announced. “And Carter and I are so proud to welcome him into the world.”
The name reveal comes as Paris and Carter have been slowly debuting their little bundle of joy to the world. With her show, Paris in Love, recently renewed for a second season on Peacock, we can expect to get an even bigger glimpse into her new life as a mom very soon.
Before Paris and Carter decided to share their parenthood journey with the world, they kept things as private as possible. The new parents kept the surrogate pregnancy a secret all the way up until Phoenix entered the world, surprising fans with an Instagram picture of her hand holding Phoenix’s. They even kept the pregnancy news a secret from their families.
“My entire life has been so public,” Paris explained in a recent interview. “I’ve never had anything for myself. We decided that we wanted to have this whole experience to ourselves.”
Now that baby Phoenix is on board, Paris and Carter are already thinking about the next steps for growing their family. She recently completed her seventh egg retrieval, and she plans on keeping a theme with the naming convention of her kids.
“I’ve been planning my children’s names for years and years,” Paris explained, adding that she wants to name her kids after different cities. So, she wants her future daughter’s name to be London.
The Paris in Love star explained that her first son’s full name, Phoneix Barron Hilton Reum, carries more significant weight than just being a city in Arizona. She said on her podcast that Phoenix stands for “hope, rebirth, and transformation.” Meanwhile, the middle name Barron pays homage to her late grandfather, Barron Hilton.
Paris explained, “He was always my mentor, and I looked up to my grandfather so much, and we were so close, and I miss him every day, so I really wanted to honor him by having his name in my first son’s name.”

Fans love a Real Housewives trip. We live for the trips so much, that Peacock has made a whole show based on just that alone. It’s housewives in the wild! In this instance, Thailand had the pleasure – or curse- of hosting the ladies for Season 3 of Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip. Entertainment Tonight dropped the delectable shade-filled trailer. Real Housewives of New York star Leah McSweeney stated in the trailer, “It’s eight Housewives in a foreign country, what could go wrong?”
Right off the Chanel cuff we see Real Housewives of Atlanta alum Porsha Williams getting into it with Leah. Porsha also had some major shade thrown her way by Real Housewives of Potomac cast member Candiace Dillard Basset. Candiace didn’t spend all her time spilling Porsha’s Thai Tea. Her RHOP castmate Gizelle Bryant caught the business from her, too.
Candiace confronted Porsha about her relationship and marriage to Simon Guobadia. Simon was married to her former RHOA castmate and supposed friend, Falynn Pina. Who said that? Candiace did. “Y’all became friends, and two minutes later you and her husband were dating. You stole somebody’s man,” she stated. Candiace let out what we’ve all been thinking.
Gizelle and Candiace’s drama from RHOP carried over onto RHUGT. Real Housewives of Salt Lake City stars Heather Gay and Whitney Rose brought their conflict on the girls trip, too. Heather challenged Whitney’s loyalty to her.
Gizelle even asked Heather if she knew that Jen Shah was lying about her guilt. Jen recently reported to prison after pleading guilty to conspiracy to commit wire fraud. Heather claimed that Jen “either lied to me five minutes before she went into the court room, or she lied to the judge.”
Real Housewives of Miami besties Alexia Nepola (also known as Alexia Echevarria) and Marysol Patton also have beef. Marysol shares she is bothered that Alexia “told everyone I wanted to have a fake marriage.” Alexia claps back with accusations of Marysol taking too many “pills” and now her “brain is fried.”
There were some light-hearted moments, too. We see the ladies hanging with elephants, enjoying the sights, and getting massages. Gizelle revealed that during a massage, the masseuse was “trying to” massage her vagina. Porsha responded, “I want my money back ’cause ain’t nobody touched mine.” Classic Porsha.

The heat was turned all the way up on Real Housewives of Miami after Adriana De Moura blurted out yet another infamous bad Real Housewives analogy. Alexia Echevarria has officially declared war on Adriana. You can’t really blame her once Adriana brought Frankie Rosello’s accident into the chat. Bad move, Ankle.
The latest RHOM episode is all about the fallout from Adriana’s atrocious analogy. The ladies survive the rest of the Bahamas trip, but it’s clear that there will be a staunch divide in the group through the remainder of the season. Here are five of the main takeaways from the latest RHOM episode “Lines In The Sand.”
Adriana’s analogy about Frankie’s accident was like a verbal bomb on that private beach in the Bahamas. Alexia immediately started going off on her old friend, calling her a bad person who deserves the karma that life throws at her. It’s harsh, but exactly the reaction I’d expect from someone mentioning the Cuban Barbie’s sons during a petty fight.
Marysol Patton and Larsa Pippen immediately back up Alexia. Again, Adriana is totally in the wrong for this. However, it seemed like Larsa and Marysol were waiting for an excuse to shun Adriana for good. Julia Lemigova sides with Adriana, even though she knows her friend’s words were wrong because she hates the mean girl gang up against her bestie. Julia gets so fired up that she almost dumps a bucket of ice over Marysol’s head. Seriously, it was an explosion like no other.
None of the girls want to even sit at the same table together, which complicates the final dinner in the Bahamas. It was supposed to be a joint birthday celebration for Kiki Barth and Julia. The group ends up splitting up into two tables at the same restaurant, in true Mean Girls fashion. Nicole Martin even calls Alexia the Regina Georga, and she’s not wrong.
Alexia brags about sitting at the popular table with Marysol, Larsa, and Kiki while Julia and Adriana realize they’re back at the weirdos’ table like they were in high school. The best part of this awkward dinner is when the servers bring out two birthday cakes, one for each woman. Kiki realizes that the cake is for someone turning 50, and is appalled that someone thought that was her age. To be fair, I had a hard time keeping track of this split dinner. It’s not shocking that even the 5-star resort staff had issues.
The side effect of people picking Team Adriana or Team Alexia is that some of the girls are put in the middle. Lisa Hochstein gets out of the drama by heading back to Miami early, but Nicole and Guerdy Abraira are stuck. During the awkward split dinner, the duo ends up going back and forth between both birthday celebrations. Guerdy does her best to try to get Team Alexia to warm up to an apology from Adriana, which isn’t happening. Nicole is upset that Alexia wants them to pick sides so badly, so she’s just drinking to soothe the pain. The pair end up taking shots at both tables so as to not make one side feel left out. “I think I’ve outdrank Marysol,” Nicole jokes. Now THAT would be the day.
A week after the trip ends, Adriana has a party to celebrate her music video release. She invites all the girls, but Team Alexia opts for a Cockies and Caviar party at Marysol’s house instead. Not nice, ladies. To be fair, Adriana sent Alexia an apology text that read “My bad” instead of “I’m sorry,” which rubbed the ladies the wrong way. Nicole, Guerdy, and Lisa are the only ones to show up to support besides Julia, which bums Adriana out. The three neutral ladies want nothing more than for the group to be back together, and it looks like they’ll have a lot more work to do to make that happen.
Let us not forget that Adriana, throughout the entire Bahamas trip, acted pretty ridiculous. The whole ankle situation is just embarrassing. It’s even more so when she stands up at the split dinner and dances in front of the group, which royally pisses off Alexia. Good thing Alexia doesn’t see the 5-inch stilettos Adriana shows up to her music video party in. Adriana ultimately realizes pretty quickly after the fact that the analogy about Frankie was wrong. Alexia clearly isn’t open to an apology, and Adriana is just poor at communicating. Someone who understands that well is Guerdy, who is also often misunderstood. “She has good intentions but it just gets lost in translation,” Guerdy says. You can say that again, girl.
Adriana reveals a lot in this episode that I think is very telling. It’s obvious she’s emotionally broken from her divorce and feeling alone, but it always feels like she’s not confronting something. Well, that something is apparently the alimony check from her ex, which is running out sooner rather than later. While it provides some clarity as to why Adriana’s a bit of a hot mess lately, it does conjure more questions.
Why is Adriana spending so much cash on nonsense, like a ridiculous music video shoot and butt shots to look like Larsa, when her bankroll is ending soon? She’s clearly worried about providing for herself and her son as a result, which makes a lot of sense why she wants to feel supported by her friends. Adriana just puts the focus on nonsense like her ankle or her music video shoot rather than explaining the root of the issue, which might go a long way.
Ladies and gentlemen, Lea Black is back. Well, for a literal moment. It seems like none of the other RHOM OGs besides Lisa really wanted to give Miss Black any camera time in the new era of the show. Lisa has been open about her friendship with Lea. Lea supported Lisa during Lenny Hochstein’s first emotional affair, and she’s apparently back for her friend this time around. Lisa pays a visit to Lea’s house, which is full of Lea Black promo. She’s definitely making the most out of her 15 seconds. We can’t hate a girl boss.
Lea ends up giving Lisa a major pep talk while promoting her skincare line. She’s a multitasking queen, people. Lea says what we all think — Lisa should absolutely never go back to Lenny. Like, ever. No matter how much he begs and pleads for the sake of the kids. Unfortunately, Lisa admits it would be hard for her to not consider the fact, but luckily, Lenny is big enough of a D-bag to force her to get over him.
What’s an RHOM Season 5 episode without Lenny making us despise him even more? Lisa meets up with Lenny’s mom during the episode, who has been Team Lisa up until this point. Lisa explains that Lenny is trying to get her out of their family home by October, so he can kick off his new pathetic “life” by Halloween. This is a grown man with children. How lame. He also wants to move his new girlfriend right into the house and have her sleep in Lisa’s bed, use Lisa’s closet, and be a pseudo-stepmom to Lisa’s kids. Disgusting. He’s trying to erase Lisa and replace her with a younger model in the most literal sense.
Unfortunately, Lenny’s manipulation knows no bounds. He apparently called to apologize to his mom for lashing out at her and had enough time to do a little Lisa bashing. Lisa’s mother-in-law tries to bring up Lenny’s side of the divorce. She adds that Lisa’s travel weekends and willingness to host parties filled with young women pushed Lenny to cheat. “She’s essentially excusing his behavior and now putting the blame on me,” Lisa says. I’m so sad for her. Lisa needs a village of people who have her back fully, not those who are willing to play Lenny’s games.
