Jersey Shore is trending, as Angelina Pivarnick has just pled guilty to a charge that transpired several months ago. Last June, the cops visited Angelina and her fiancé, Vinny Tortorella, at their shared New Jersey residence. When the police arrived, they realized this was a domestic dispute situation. While Vinny was present, it is still unclear if he was the victim since the police complaint only states that the victim, whose name was redacted, suffered “bodily injury” due to Angelina “striking him with her hands/fists causing scratches, redness, and complaint of pain to the victim’s hands.” This tale is messy, but thankfully, it is over.

Jersey Shore is back in the news, as Angelina Pivarnick pleads guilty to a disorderly conduct charge

Last June, James J. Leonard Jr., aka Teresa Giudice’s longtime lawyer, took on Angelina as his client. This case is not his first Jersey Shore rodeo. James also entered the Jersey Shore chat in 2023 after Angelina called the police to her home following a different alleged altercation.

“After speaking with the officers, Angelina decided not to file charges,” James said. This time, her charges included “simple assault, criminal mischief, obstructing the administration of law, and resisting arrest.” If you ask James, this new situation was “exacerbated by an adverse reaction to prescribed over-the-counter medication.”

As reported by the Asbury Park Press, Angelia arrived for her hearing on October 1, 2024. Her victim requested a dismissal for several of her charges. These charges include obstruction of the administration of law, resisting arrest, simple assault, and criminal mischief.

These dropped charges left Angelina with a disorderly conduct offense, which she decided to plead guilty to. Judge Nicole Sonnenblick then ruled for a conditional dismissal of this charge once Angelina meets her probational requirements. If the ever-scrappy Angelina meets these requirements, her guilty plea gets expunged. Hello, better-looking government records.

James then spoke with Page Six, stating that he and his client are happy with the outcome of this case. I bet.

While Angelina has yet to comment on this win of sorts, her latest post on Instagram is a bit of a tell. “New beginnings,” she penned, looking like a thirst-trapping queen.

As for Vinny, he was not present for this hearing. He has not released any statements on this matter either.

From cheating rumors to the involvement of the police, this relationship is a mess. Even still, I wish them both well.

TELL US – WHAT ARE YOUR THOUGHTS ON ANGELINA’S GUILTY PLEA? WILL SHE AND VINNY STAY TOGETHER?
